I have been training with Giedrė Pilates for 5 years. I notice how much it helps when I take a longer break of 3-4 weeks, because then my shoulder pain returns. As soon as I do Pilates again, the pain stops. I also really enjoy doing it with Giedrė because she is always varying the exercises, it never gets boring. Sometimes she has rubberbands, sometimes Pilates rings. She focuses on each individual, checks whether you've tensed your muscles correctly and she tries to help each individual to progress. If you have any problems, you can tell her and she'll do extra exercises to make it better. I'm totally enthusiastic and really enjoy doing it. I really enjoy training Pilates with Giedrė.

I started Pilates at the end of April. I was suffering from back pain and tension and realized that I needed to change something to improve my health and well-being.
When I was looking for a suitable sport, I came across the Pilates group in Sinz.
What immediately fascinated me about Pilates was the holistic approach. Pilates not only focuses on strengthening the muscles, but also on body awareness and breathing. Strengthening the deep muscles was particularly important for me.
Since I have been doing Pilates regularly, I have noticed an improvement in my physical condition. My posture has improved and my back pain has also reduced. I feel more balanced and full of energy.

I was prescribed a corset in November 23 and was told I would have to use a wheelchair soon because of my completely unstable spine. As a last attempt to get out of the situation, I was advised to contact a very good Mat Pilates trainer... That's how I found Giedrė. I started with a corset and private courses, and after a short time I started group courses. At first I was completely overwhelmed and clumsy. Everything was incredibly difficult for me. After just two training sessions, the pain in my shoulders that had been going on for years was history, after six weeks the corset ended up in the closet and after three months I no longer had back pain. After seven months of intensive training, I no longer walk hunched over, but straight as an arrow, I have gained incredible flexibility and feel like I have been given a new life.
Giedrė didn't give up on me because of the massive restrictions at the beginning, but supported me at all times. She adapted exercises for me when I couldn't do them normally and is always by my side to motivate me. I don't want to know where I would be today without her and I am infinitely grateful to her for making my life worth living again.

The training is simply great, absolutely professional and highly motivating, in a very pleasant and respectful atmosphere. Varied exercises for muscles, balance, mobility and body awareness - and afterwards everything just feels wonderfully strengthened and stretched.

Pilates is incredibly good for me. Every class feels like a moment of relaxation and at the same time an effective training session. If an exercise is not possible for me, I am immediately shown alternative exercises. Every joint and muscle that needs attention is taken into account through precise instructions and targeted exercises. This means that I feel strengthened and balanced after every session.

Pilates course in Sinz - getting back into it after health problems.
I've been doing it since April and I'm always happy when it's Tuesday evening and I can go to Giedré's Pilates class.
The course is tailor-made for me because Giedré improves or adjusts my positions and suggests other exercises if one or the other isn't possible for me due to my limitations.
She regularly asks about my health and keeps motivating me with varied courses, thus working with me to achieve success in terms of pain relief and mobility.
She is very professional, competent, super nice and takes each individual's needs into account.
I'm already looking forward to the fall/winter courses and can only recommend Pilates to everyone.
