Admission to the courses requires a medical history to identify any contraindications and adapt the training to your specific needs.

 

We offer group courses for as little as 13,45 euros per hour excl. VAT. 

 

To make this possible, we reduce the administrative work by issuing invoices three times a year only (tertials 09-12, 01-04, 05-08) for the number of courses planned in the following period. 

 

If a participant cannot attend, they can catch up the missed hour within a tertial  in another group on request. Participants use our private Telegram group for this demand or they can use a specific online form.

Duration: 55 minutes (+5 minutes for the swap).
