‍Admission to the courses requires a medical history to identify any contraindications and adapt the training to your specific needs.

‍We offer group courses for as little as 13,45 euros per hour excl. VAT. 

‍

‍In order to make this possible, we reduce the administrative work by splitting the year into three trainingblocks (tertials 01-04, 05-08, 09-12), issuing invoices before each booked block for the number of courses planned during that period. 

‍

‍If a participant cannot attend, they can catch up the hour within the actual tertial  in another matching group. Participants use our private Telegram group for requesting the catch-up or use a specific online form.

‍Course duration: 55 minutes (+5 minutes for the swap).
